When placing an order to delete a Conotoxia account, the user simultaneously terminates the contract concluded with Cinkciarz.pl sp. z o.o. for the provision of electronic services related to that account. Orders are processed immediately, however, no later than within 30 days. More information on account deletion is available in the Web Portal Terms and Conditions at conotoxia.com in the Terms and Conditions tab.
- To delete an account using the app, select the Profile tab and then in the Settings section, click Delete account.
- If your profile has completed the verification process, deletion of your account on the website can only be done by submitting an order via email sent to [email protected] or directly via a message sent from your user account on the web portal.
