1. First, click Sign up free in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Select your Country of residence from the list.
5. Enter a password. Please note: it must consist of at least 8 characters, one capital, one lowercase letter and one numeral. For safety reasons, never share your password.
6. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. If you agree with them, tick the checkbox: 'I agree with Web Portal Terms and Conditions'.
7. Click Register.
8. Read the information about personal data management and confirm that you agree. If you are interested in receiving our commercial information, please accept.
9. Fill in the required data.
10. An activation link will be sent to the email address provided. Please note: the activation link is only valid for 24 hours.
11. Click the activation link.
12. Your registration has been confirmed.
Private account - completing data
You can complete the required data at a time of convenience, however, please note that it must be filled in before your first transaction can be initiated. You can do this in steps, if preferred. Save it at any time and complete the process later by clicking on 'Complete later'.
1. Enter your name/names, surname and phone number.
2. Select your nationality from the list.
3. Select your country of birth from the list.
4. Click Next and go to the next step.
5. Enter your address.
6. Tick the checkbox: I declare that the above address is my address of residence (not applicable to US residents).
7. Click Next.
8. If you are a US citizen, enter the industry you work in and click Next.
9. Enter your PESEL (for Polish citizens) or SSN number (for US citizens) or date of birth (for US citizens and others).
10. Select your identity document type and enter the number.
11. Enter the issue and expiry dates on the ID or indicate that it is an indefinite ID (not applicable to US citizens).
12. Click Save.
13. If you are not a Polish citizen or have chosen an identity document other than an ID card, upload a scan of this document in the next step.
- If you are a US resident or want to use Forex, include a scan of a utility bill (issued no more than 3 months ago) to confirm your address.
14. Click Next.
Company account - completing data
You can complete the required data at a time of convenience, however, please note that it must be filled in before your first transaction can be initiated. You can do this in steps, if preferred. 1. Enter the company name.
2. Select the legal status from the list.
3. If your business is registered in Poland, enter NIP and REGON numbers and, depending on your legal status, the National Court Register (KRS) number. If you run a business registered in the USA, enter your EIN number. In other cases, enter the company registration number.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the company address.
6. Click Next.
7. Enter the company's line of business.
8. Click Next.
9. In the next step, enter: name/names, surname and mobile phone number of a company representative. This will be the person we contact regarding our service.
10. Choose your representative's nationality from the list.
11. Select your representatives place of birth.
12. Click Next.
13. Enter your representative's address.
14. Select your representative's country of residence.
15. Click Next.
16. Enter your representative's PESEL (for Polish citizens) or SSN number (for US citizens) or date of birth (for US citizens and other cases).
17. Select the representative's identity document type and enter the number.
18. Enter the issue and expiry dates on the ID or indicate that it is an indefinite ID (not applicable to US citizens).
19. Click Save.
20. If you are not a Polish citizen, upload a scan of the ID you used in the previous step. In the case of companies registered outside Poland, it is also necessary to attach identification documents.
21. Click Save.
