Personal data processing and GDPR
What kind of personal data do we collect? What is it used for? How do we store it? Learn about how we protect your personal data and what your data protection rights are. Please familiarize yourself with the full content of this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
In order to protect your personal data, we apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Legal entities that we cooperate with are also obliged to manage personal data in accordance with the security and privacy requirements adopted by us. We periodically verify whether they adequately fulfil their obligations in this respect.
Providing the personal data necessary for the usage of the services is voluntary, with the exception of cases where the provision of data is subject to the applicable legal regulations. However, the submission of data is necessary in order to execute some services.
We collect your personal data directly from you. However, we are entitled to supplement the personal data you provide to us, as we need to be sure of your identity whenever we perform our Services for you.
We use your personal data in particular to fulfil our obligations under the agreements between you and us, such as creating an account, providing access to your account, managing it, providing individual services and information about the status of the services provided.
You have the right to access your data. At any time you can send us a request for information in this regard, you can also request a copy of your data.
If your data are incorrect, you can rectify them at any time - either by yourself via the User Panel or by contacting our Customer Care Department.
You can request the right to erasure of personal data concerning you (the right to be forgotten). It should be noted that if we do not need your personal data in order to provide services or for other legal reasons, such data will be immediately erased or anonymized.
You may also notify us of your wish to claim the right to obtain from us restriction of processing of your personal data, e.g. if you consider that your personal data has been processed without legal grounds, or if you did not consent to receiving commercial information, but are still interested in using our services. We will restrict the processing of your data until any reported concerns are resolved. Alternatively, we may restrict data processing to storage only, for example, if you believe that your personal data has been misused. In this case, your right may be executed, i.e. until it is clarified by law enforcement authorities.
If you inform us about your request to claim your right to data portability, you will receive a data file in a structured, commonly used format. You can also select another controller to whom we shall transmit your data, where technically feasible.
The right to object to the processing of your personal data is granted in situations where the basis for the processing of your data is a legitimate interest, e.g. when we process your data for marketing purposes. You can do this by sending an email.
If you want to stop processing your data completely, send a request by email. We will notify you of the scope of claiming this right (in most cases the complete erasion of personal data will not be possible due to legal obligations). Please be informed that such a request may result in the closure of your account, therefore preventing you from using our services.
