All you need to do is add the bank accounts and then order the exchange at the current exchange rate. From that moment on, you have 24 hours to transfer the funds needed to complete the transaction.

Order a transaction at a rate that suits you and then pay for it using the bank account indicated beforehand. Once the payment is booked, we will send you the exchanged funds.

Pay for the transaction
Pay for the transaction from your bank account using the data generated in the user panel.
Exchanged funds are sent back to you
Once the funds have been accounted for, a return transfer is sent to the indicated bank account.
Note: after the payment has been booked, it may take a maximum of eight working hours to make a return transfer (transfers are processed Monday to Friday, from: 9.00 – 16.30 CET). For example, if your transfer is booked on Thursday at 9:00, we will send your funds on Friday at 9:00 at the latest.

Conveniently pay for transactions using QR code scanning. Instead of filling in the transfer details manually, open your banking app and look for the QR code scanning option. Simply verify the automatically copied data, and you're done!
