Share capital PLN 23,263,500.00

The Credit Intermediary, on the basis of agreements concluded with the cooperating loan institution, is authorized to perform factual and legal activities related to the preparation, offering and execution of lending service contracts, while the lending contract is concluded by a loan institution cooperating with the Credit Intermediary.

The Lender with whom the Intermediary cooperates is Currency Lending sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Gora, at Wroclawska 17B, 65-427 Zielona Gora, Poland, entered in the register of businesses maintained by the District Court in Zielona Gora, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register with the following number: KRS 0000291971, having NIP No. (Tax ID No.) 9730919039, having a share capital of PLN 2,128,500.00 ("Lender").

Please be informed that we operate on the basis of the provisions of Polish law specified in particular in the Consumer Credit Act and the Civil Code.

Representative example for a loan with withdrawal to a multi-currency card: representative APR - 314.63%; total loan amount: 400 EUR; annual interest rate - 20.5% (fixed); total loan cost: 49.60 EUR, including: commission 42.86 EUR, interest 6.74 EUR; duration of contract: 30 days; total amount to be paid by the consumer: 449.60 EUR.

Representative example for a loan with withdrawal to a bank account: representative APR - 319.14%; total loan amount: 400 EUR; annual interest rate - 20.5% (fixed); total loan cost: 50.00 EUR, including: commission 43.26 EUR, interest 6.74 EUR; duration of contract: 30 days; total amount to be paid by the consumer: 450.00 EUR.

The calculation was made on 18.12.2022 on a representative example and is for informational purposes only. The granting and terms of the loan depend on the outcome of the assessment of the borrower's creditworthiness.

Consequences of late repayment. In case of delayed repayment of the granted loan, additional costs may be added, including delay interest in the amount of maximum interest for the delay as defined in art. 481 §2¹ of the Civil Code, i.e. double the amount of delay interest (delay interest is the sum of the reference rate of the National Bank of Poland and 5.5 percentage points). The Lender has the right to take debt collection measures to recover the claim and to demand the return of the Loan through court and enforcement proceedings. In case of delay in repayment of the Loan and after meeting the conditions specified by law, the Lender has the right to provide information about the Borrower's obligations to the Economic Information Offices and the Credit Information Bureau.

Complaints. The Financial Ombudsman is the entity authorized to settle a dispute arising from the contract between the Borrower and the Lender. Detailed information on the procedure, including contact to the Financial Ombudsman, is available at www.rf.gov.pl. The Borrower may also use the ODR platform to resolve a dispute with the Lender out of court: https://ec.europa.eu/odr/. The ODR platform shall be used for the out-of-court resolution of disputes by electronic means.
